[Shortly after the line goes dead on their side, Poinsettia couldn't help but sniffle and blink back tears as they slowly began to process the reasons for Quick Man's silence and Wheeljack's bluntness. Shakily, Poinsettia activated the command to pull open a tab to the most recent community post they've made on the R2's network. Upon finding Megatron's username within the comments section of their post, Poinsettia activated another command to speak to him through his inbox.]
[As they spoke to him, Poinsettia is doing their hardest to hold back any more tears from falling down their face, but it didn't really stop the sniffling from being audibly heard on the other side of the line.]
M-Megatron? It's me, Poinsettia. I tried to talk to Quick Man and Wheeljack as you've requested, but Quick wouldn't talk to me and Wheeljack got upset at me for trying to talk to them in the first place. D-Did I do something wrong to make them mad at me? S-Should I apologize to them for being so nosy? Megatron, what am I supposed to do?
[They then broke down into uncontrollable sobbing and sniffling.]
[Poinsettia couldn't help but sniffle some more, attempting to compose themself from breaking down into even more tears than before.]
I-I — How was I supposed to know? I literally just got here a few weeks back and I've only learned how dangerous this Antlers guy just now. Is that — is that why Wheeljack got mad at me for trying to ask about him? Is that why Quick hadn't answered my message about him?
[More sniffling came out from the other side of the line.]
Megatron . . . am I in trouble now? Is this Antlers guy going to come after me for trying to talk about him to some of the other crew-members on board?
[Even more sniffling came out of the other line, and Poinsettia shakily took a deep breath.]
[megatron reads this completely impassively, as he does not and will not ever find antlers to be such a terrifying presence.]
Do you truly think he would care about someone as insignificant as you asking a few questions? He's not some boogeymech of the ship for spark's sake, he's a mech like anyone else. I killed him myself, once.
[he's actually almost offended that they seem to think so highly of antlers so quickly.]
Pull yourself together and start thinking logically.
[Poinsettia immediately stops crying, now practically stunned at the very words they've heard through their text-to-speech translator command.]
Wait, what?
[More silence filled the other side of the room, their speech-to-text command still running as they struggled to comprehend what exactly is going on.]
You want me to think logically, Megatron . . . but how am I going to do that if I'm like — how did you even do that? Antlers didn't just faint, right? He didn't like, get mad at you for it or anything like that?
That is — um, how do I say this without sounding too obvious — very dangerous of you to do that to him. What if he wants to hurt you back someday? What will you do about that, Megatron? A good person like you doesn't deserve to die to a horrible deer man like him!
No, we took each other out. The bridge revives most of those stupid enough to get themselves deactivated here. I know exactly what I did, and I enjoyed it. I would do it again, and I am not afraid of him. Stop calling me a good person.
Do you understand that you are on a ship filled with war criminals?
[Audibly visible confusion began to fill up the entire room of silence as Poinsettia struggled to form the words. Eventually, enough was enough as they realized how right Megatron was about his last statement. Or at least a part of it, that is.]
I mean — I did have to bite someone on the face for being so mean to me. He was so awful!! Like his attitude is just plain bad and he deserved to be bit on the face like that! I don't know if you know him, but he's big, blue, gold, and mean. He probably flies, but I don't like him either way.
[More silence fills the other side of the line.]
And since you've made Antlers faint . . . don't you think you can make that mean robot faint too?
[he's warring with two emotions right now. one side of him is impressed with the bearings on this creature to actually ask him outright to go murder someone who inconvenienced them, the other is outraged for the same reason.]
I'm not your personal murderer. Go hire an assassin if you want him gone that badly.
[Poinsettia practically inhales, and then exhales for a brief moment. Then, when they are finally calm, they spoke out one last question for Megatron.]
OK, but where can I find a good —
[Poinsettia pauses for a moment, now squinting at the tiny bit of text before pronouncing it the best they can say into the speech-to-text command.]
— "assass" to make the robot faint, Megatron?
[Yeah, that seems right enough. Or at least for now, that is.]
[he stares at his screen in bewilderment for a good long time, then shakes his head and drops it into his hands. oh, the state of kids these days. can't even have someone murdered right.]
Let me get this straight, child. You were in bits for "Antlers" coming to hurt you over just asking about him and those he hurt. But now you are asking me for contact details to have another crewmember killed just because you don't like them and they mildly inconvenienced you?
[not that he doesn't think that annoying prime should be exploded 500 times, but megatron generally thinks that of most people.]
Did you see me say everyone here is a war criminal and take it as a challenge? I should report you to Ultra Magnus.
[Poinsettia sniffed, their little face scrunching up in near contempt. The more they tried to squint at the text, the more they began to fume from within. Silently, Poinsettia coldly stared at the garden of Gracidea flowers that were set up a few weeks back and they slowly climbed out of the makeshift bedroom that Silver Justice made for them.]
[Eventually, they managed to hop right into the blanket of flowers and sniffed one of the pollinated flowers up. From there, a loud sparkle can be heard from the other side of the line as Poinsettia transformed into their more rougher and tougher Sky Forme. Then, they switched over to the video call option as they stared Megatron down.]
[Game time started.]
A few texts earlier, you said that you were able to make Antlers faint, Megatron. So by that logic, that means I should be able to make the robot faint for trying to trap me back in the observatory room. That — is not merely a case of being "mildly inconvenienced", but a case of being a bully.
[Poinsettia inhales and exhales heavily.]
I don't like bullies and I will make him pay for it. And I can prove it to you, Megatron. And perhaps maybe this "Ultra Magnus" person if you ever do get a chance to report me, but I highly doubt it since you think I'm just a harmless, little child. To you, maybe. But to that robot? Probably not.
[he blinks when it switches to video, tapping the option to follow suit out of reflex. his single red optic brightens when he sees the video feed, head tilting out of interest for what he's looking at.]
If that's what you want to do, I'm not going to stop you. As with everything anyone has ever done, the consequences for it will be theirs.

Have a good day, Megatron. May the rest of today treat you extra well.
