Four days later, Megatron sat at a table in Maccadam's where he tensed and relaxed his right fist. His arms have been reattached, but the right, which had been originally severed out of the two, still pained him in a way he perhaps should have anticipated. Even now that he was fully capable of relaxing the fist of that arm, his processor seemed to be having difficulty catching up the idea.
As he sat, he sent off a message to the other Megatron who went by Runt, a name which he admittedly still found rather demeaning.

[ Recently Bass requested some important information. Who... is the strongest Cybertronian on this ship. He received a hot tip that it was 'Shockwave' but also 'not the Senator one'. There were a few thoughts that went through his processor. One... it was really dumb that there were two people here with the SAME NAME. It must get confusing! Two, while he does (surprisingly) know what a Senator is, he has no idea what a Senator looks like. Do they wear signs? Bass guesses probably not.
This leads him to one conclusion: He has to fight BOTH of them to make sure he's actually fighting the strong one.
This leads him to a second conclusion: He has no idea where Shockwave lives. He could ask for direction, ask if anyone knows... but that begs the question... If they know how strong Bass is will they even tell the truth?
There is now one solution: He has to canvas the ship himself and check every inhabited room he comes across.
So there's the backstory. And that's why Bass, armored up in his winged Treble armor (being able to fly covers ground quicker!) is pounding aggressively at your door.

Velocity had only been to Megatron's room the one time, but she still remembered where it was. She had brought a small box of various snacks along with plain energon and a few randomly assorted datapads from the library, with her, all of it tucked into one elbow.

She'd been hiding in here since returning from the forest where Writhe and the Optimus with the golden optics had been waiting for her. After a while, she pulled her datapad over, and opened Megatron's inbox]

Velocity knocked on Megatron and Optimus and the children's door with one of her extra new hands (it turns out, having four hands is in fact handy!) while holding a basket of snacks and painkillers and a squishy toy she'd gotten for him in exchange for sacrificing the one he'd given her back in their last mission together.
"Megatron? Are you awake yet? Optimus said I can come in to check on you regardless, so-" She entered the code to enter, and made her way over to the berth with a smile. "There you are. How's your pain levels today?"

He is, indeed, staying in their old room instead of leaving back for the titan, as he needs to be close to the medibay. He is doing this mostly so Optimus doesn't worry too much, and also for his own comfort. Megatron hates it and it makes him feel burdensome and weak, but he keeps that to himself.
He's sitting upright, awake, when Velocity visits and presses his face into his knees a little pathetically. This is also not helping how he feels about himself, but Primus he feels rough.
